Welcome to the latest version of the Hoax Coast home page. This is the latest version of a website that started way back in the mid 2000s, first on Geocities, then on Tripod and finally on Wetpaint as a wiki.
The idea of this site is to celebrate the rich history and heritage of surfing on the Mornington Peninsula*. It's about some of the history, the people, the surf breaks, the boards and the board makers.
